About Us Shipping & Handling Products are available for shipment within the United States only. We currently do not accept international orders. Products are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or U.S. Priority Mail. We do not ship to a P.O. Box. All addresses must be a physical address. Any order submitted with a P.O. Box address will be placed on hold until a non-P.O. Box address can be obtained via email. Shipping and handling charges are determined by your order subtotal including discounts applied. Charges are calculated before taxes.

If you’re not satisfied with the products within 30 days of your purchase, we'll assist you with a refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Important Note: The Herbalife warehouse charges a non-refundable shipping and handling fee on every order. To keep costs low for our customers, Trulyherbal.com waives Herbalife's package & handling fee and offers free or discounted shipping. To continue our low product pricing and discounts, the actual shipping cost and package & handling fee will not be credited. For example, if your order total was $100 (with free shipping & handling), we will credit back $100 less the shipping & handling fee Herbalife charged us on this order. On a typical $100 order (retail value = $125), the actual shipping cost may be $8 (for ground shipping) and the package & handling fee may be $8.75 (7% of retail value). In this case, your refund will be $100 - $8 - $8.75 = $83.25. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs incurred to return an item are non-refundable. Non-refundable Items At this time, all Herbalife accessories and Distributor Kits are non-refundable. Sales Tax Sales Tax will be added according to your state's law.
